From January 2023, Halal Foundation Programme (HFP) will be replaced with this new course Halal Certification Training-Foundational Level (HCT-FL). This new course will include revised content aligned with the updated Muis Halal Certification Conditions (HCC) introduced in September 2022.
This bundle option is inclusive of the Halal Certification Training - Foundational Level (Self-Online Learning) and Halal Competency Assessment (HCA). HCA is an assessment to recognise individuals' Halal competency as part of the requirement for Muis Halal Certification. Studyworks Pte Ltd will conduct the assessment at a separate venue. The HCA is now available in English & Malay Language.

Courseware can only be accessed upon successful payment. No links to the courseware will be sent via email. Instead, log into the student portal and click Student Management > Course > Course Name > Start Learning.

Assessment
Muis appointed vendor, Studyworks Pte Ltd will conduct the assessment at a separate venue. Please create a Studyworks Exam Portal by following this user guide. WHL will provide you with a redemption code to offset the assessment fee within 2 weeks AFTER the learning period. Do note that you MUST book an assessment date within 6 months of the date of issue of the redemption code. Redemption codes are non-transferable and the fee shall be NON-REFUNDABLE if you missed booking the assessment within the period.
