Halal Certification Training Refresher - Foundational Level (with Muis HCA) (HCTR-FL) will be available entirely online where learners can complete it anytime during the access period.
Learners are NOT REQUIRED to sit / attend the class every day within the learning period. However, they must ensure that they complete the self–paced online courseware within the access period. If the learner decides to complete it within one sitting, it should take about 10.5 hours. If it is not possible, they can choose to spend a few hours each day within the access period to complete the self–paced online courseware.
Learners will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, downloadable immediately after 100% completion of the courseware (ensure the 'Complete' button for all sections is clicked, and the learner passes all the quizzes). Our online courses are aligned to established standards. Thus we are allowing learners a maximum of five attempts to attain a perfect score of 100% on all quizzes. No extension of the access period can be given.
This course includes a one-time Muis' Halal Competency Assessment (HCA). The redemption code shall be disbursed to you within 2 weeks after the end of the access period. The redemption is used to offset the payment for the assessment slot. The assessment slot shall be booked within 6 months from the date of issue of the redemption code via the Studyworks exam portal.
Please be informed that HCA bundled with our HCTR-FL is not eligible for the usage of the SkillsFuture credit nor is the course itself.
The HCA certificate is required by the appointed Halal Team Leader/ Owner Representative and Halal Assurance Officer/ Muslim Personnel for the Halal Certification Application.

Courseware Access
Courseware can only be accessed upon successful payment. No links to the courseware will be sent via email. Instead, log into the student portal and click Student Management > Course > Course Name > Start Learning.

Note: This is a self-paced online courseware with no instructor-led session. Learners are required to complete the self-paced online courseware (10.5 hours worth of content) within the access period either in 1 sitting or spread across the access period.
Assessment
Muis appointed vendor, Studyworks Pte Ltd will conduct the assessment at a separate venue. Please create a Studyworks Exam Portal by following this user guide. The redemption codes will be provided to you within 2 weeks after the access period, regardless of learner's early completion. Do note that you MUST book an assessment date within 6 months of the date of issue of the redemption code. Redemption codes are non-transferable and the fee shall be NON-REFUNDABLE if you missed booking the assessment within the period.
